-Understanding trauma at the social, organizational and individual level.
-The effect roles and relationships play in mediating negative effects of trauma.
-Building hope, resilience and growth opportunities within systems of care and organizations.
-Developing a shared and measurable organizational goal!
-Knowing and Assessing the differences between STS, burnout, Vicarious Trauma, moral injury and Compassion Fatigue, with the fundamentals of neurophysiology.
-Understanding how systemic changes like trauma-informed case balancing shifts an agency’s focus to its own internal sources of resiliency.
